RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE CORK SIGILLO IN THE VERSIONS FOR STILL WINES
BOTTLING WITH PRE-EVACUATION
The air pre-evacuation is recommended for any bottling type and also guarantees a few advantages, such as:
- eliminating and/or reducing the use of nitrogen;
- reducing the pressure inside the bottle.
Adjust the vacuum pump to get an inner pressure ranging between -0.10 and -0.20 bar, to be measured by a needle pressure gauge.
